I was very disappointed with your parts department. They lied to me. About the key they told me the key did not have to be programed because my car was a 2009. They way over quoted and tried to upsell me on services I already had done at a different Subaru dealership. Id have imagined they can view service history for a Subaru at any Subaru repair center, but conti already had done at a different Subaru dealership. Id have imagined they can view service history for a Subaru at any Subaru repair center, but continued to recommend extremely costly services. This didn't sit well with me, further more my car had more issues after I picked up my car and ended up having to have some items fixed. It's not clear they caused it, but it's odd that immediately after picking up my car from their service I start having issues. More
