Hi, I had a 10;20 am appointment. They took my car in about noon. I brought it to Subaru deliberately, she was shaking during high speed braking. Diagnosis was two front wheels need n They took my car in about noon. I brought it to Subaru deliberately, she was shaking during high speed braking. Diagnosis was two front wheels need new rotors and pads (299 per wheel). Didn't get it back until after 3 pm. was told after test drive it still had symptom, but not as bad (NOT SO!). Asked if I would like to do the other two wheels. REALLY? I feel it was not diagnosed properly, if it needed a 4 wheel job tell me up front. I'm no longer comfortable at your shop. Going to Medfod Brake and Wheel now; I'm very disappointed. More
