*Update* Erica reached out to show me there was an email sent back in February and there was a possible note on my account. It still doesn't discount why I needed to explain myself all over again. I definitely appreciate the Service Manager reaching out though. That helps sway me towards sticking with the dealership overall. My service was completed much quicker than I was quoted. But, this location has been going through high turnover every time I go in. It's seems like the last couple of years there are new faces every time. I most recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but added in an alignment, because of an issue the prior time I had my Subaru serviced. At the time in early 2026, Erica told me over the phone that she'd put a note in my account regarding it. And I asked her for an email that stated that, but it must have fallen to the wayside. When I arrived for my service, the rep was unable to find any note, so I had to go through the entire story/situation again with a new rep. Then he told me Erica was not in office or available and he'd check with his manager. Luckily, they covered the alignment service. While I was happy the service was covered, it really frustrating to be told one thing and then needing to rehash the entire event over again. I'm not sure if I will try other Subaru locations for my next service. More
