I never bought a car at your dealership and I never had my Suburu service at your dealership. I called your dealership and couldn't get through to service so I pressed sales and I got a sales person named Cordell. He listened to my problem and he personally walked his phone down and connected me with Erica. When I told her that I had never bought a car there I had my car service there her next words were how can I help you and that was the beginning of a fantastic service experience for me. She kept me connected throughout the service arranged for valet service because it was difficult for me to get in personally went over the parts that were needed for a mirror and saved me money on that.
