Always seems well organized even on days like the 2nd when it was overrun with people.. The wait was double what it usually is but you had to expect that . My service guy, Chris, still kept on top of my car’s service.

The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range and payments I wanted (I did my extensive research already, so I knew what the going market was, no unreasonable ask). José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no xx, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no xx, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. If you ever shop for a Toyota, Cabe’s is where you should go. Check them out then see if you like them. Thank you José, Felishea, Angel! The most pleasant experience ever!

Very nice and professional staff. My father and I were helped by a young man by the name of Andre he was able to go back and forth answering various questions and needs about purchasing a new truck. He was very polite, very knowledgeable about features on the vehicle, and overall a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from. Additionally, Sandra the General Sales Manager was a big help making sure the vehicle we spoke about over the phone was what we wanted and at a reasonable price. Both Andre and Sandra made the whole experience a very pleasant one. We spoke back and forth over a few days but at the end we were able to go home and surprise my Brother with a wonderful new car for his Birthday. The vehicle was washed, full tank of gas, and the dealership and staff were friendly and nice. Purchased Vehicle: 2026 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4x4. If I could leave any other feedback for the dealer it would only be positive; as there was not a single problem with the whole process.

Dishonest, Lazy, slow, unprofessional, zero accountability, unprepared, arrogant and incompetent. They showed me an unprepared used car. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this experience at Toyota of Glendale was frustrating enough that I felt I should share it. I drove close to two hours to look at a used Honda Civic after communicating with the dealership multiple times and being reassured the vehicle was available and ready to view. Once I arrived, the car was not even properly prepared. The battery in the vehicle was dead, and they temporarily swapped in another weak battery just to get the car running. Even with that issue, I still took the time to get an independent pre-purchase inspection because I was seriously interested in buying the car. I spoke directly with management, and they told me they would replace the battery and have everything fully ready the following day. The next morning, I was again told by a sales representative that the vehicle was ready for me. A few hours later, while preparing to drive back out there again, I was informed the vehicle had already been sold by another manager. That was extremely disappointing considering the amount of communication, time, driving, financing preparation, and inspection effort I had already put into this deal. I understand dealerships can sell cars at any time, but what bothered me most was the lack of transparency and professionalism throughout the process. If the vehicle was still actively being offered to other buyers with no hold whatsoever, that should have been clearly communicated from the start instead of repeatedly encouraging me to come back the next day. Overall, the communication and customer handling here left a very poor impression on me.

They Scammed me. Luis said I needed a coolant Inverter service and being concerned about my car I said, yes. However, he sold me a service that I didn't need. This service is supposed to be done either in 15 years or a 150,000 miles. My car is 10 years old and has 100,000 miles. Too bad for me that I thought he was honest. When I confronted him he said it needs to be done because I've had it for 10 years. However, the manual says it needs to be done after 15 years. What a filthy thing to do to a woman that barely makes enough money to get by. I'm contacting every one I can. How many times have I been lied to there. It makes me sick. sick. sick!

Today was going to be the last time I ever came to this dealership for service--because of how bad the experience was when Randy Doan was not here. Ironically, the only reason I ever got to meet Randy was because of that terrible service experience. I left a review, and Randy personally reached out to me. That call completely changed my perception of this service department. Randy Doan is an exceptional asset to this dealership, and he is the only reason I drive nearly 40 miles to have my car serviced here when there are at least four or five Toyota dealerships much closer to me. Unlike another manager I dealt with during Randy's absence, Andy actually listens. He does not dismiss concerns, minimize issues, or deflect responsibility--he addresses problems head-on and follows through. The other manager Andy was, quite frankly, absolutely useless. When I heard Randy was back from his leave today, I was genuinely elated. While he was out, I needed basic information from the service manager for an insurance claim after another car hit me. What should have been a simple request turned into an exhausting, frustrating ordeal--it was like pulling teeth. Randy's professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability stand in stark contrast to how poorly the service department was managed without him. I truly hope this dealership understands what a gem he is, because I am certain I am not the only customer who continues servicing their vehicle here solely because of him. If Randy had not returned, I would never come back. The only reason this dealership receives five stars from me is because of Randy Doan., WITHOUT RANDY HERE ZERO STAR IS TOO MANY FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT'S MANAGEMENT. I sincerely hope leadership recognizes his value--and also understands just how awful service management was in his absence.

I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.
