I had an excellent service experience at Toyota AutoNation Buena Park thanks to Euiin Lee (Peter). I originally came in just for a 4-wheel alignment on my Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road, but Peter too AutoNation Buena Park thanks to Euiin Lee (Peter). I originally came in just for a 4-wheel alignment on my Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road, but Peter took the time to explain additional services and offered me a very good price on a brake job and brake fluid service along with the alignment. Because of that, I was able to get everything completed in one visit. What really stood out was Peter’s customer service. He arranged an Uber ride home for me while my vehicle was being serviced, which was a very thoughtful touch and made me feel well taken care of. When I returned to pay for the service, he also gave me complimentary car wash coupons. Peter provided outstanding customer care from start to finish. I will definitely return to Toyota AutoNation Buena Park for future service and highly recommend Peter and the service department to my friends and family. This place is a team of scammers and liars. The sale person named Angel called me at 6:30pm saying they have the Sienna in the color and trim we were looking for which just came. He told me his managers was doing a NO markup price just for 1 day so just the MSRP + tax. He told me total out of the door price will be $48K. We came to see the car and test drive it. When we were about to make payment and purchase, the sale guy started to pulled in some xx and said now they have to add $1.8K more for this sale due to his upper management said so. Then they came up with more excuses like they did put some like of layer on the paint so we have to pay more. There were a group of 5 of these guys and they were all playing along to scam clients into this. This is very unethical business strategy they are doing. Please be very careful with this dealer. More
