I came to the dealership today for a scheduled maintenance appointment. To my surprise, my service contact was not there! I was assigned to Adolpho ( spl), He did a wonderful job of meeting me and maintenance appointment. To my surprise, my service contact was not there! I was assigned to Adolpho ( spl), He did a wonderful job of meeting me and making me feel that my appointment would be honored and that my vehicle is in good hands. He quickly registered my car for the appointment and escorted it off to the service bay. He gave me a clear explanation of what was going to be done and when I could return for the car. He also gave me invaluable information on not only this Auto Nation location, but other locations throughout the area that I could use as well. When I returned for my car at the agreed upon time it was ready and Adolpho reviewed all that was done and the next steps in my vehicle’s service. Great job, courteous, and timely! Thanks More
