It’s leaking. They didn’t change valve stem like you’re supposed to. Major safety issue. They don’t care. I’d have expected better treatment given that history alone, let alone as a first-time customer. I first inquired through their website on July 28th and spoke with Daniel, who set up an appointment for me with the used car manager, Pablo, for Saturday, August 1st. I drove about an hour to get there, only to be handed off to a different salesman instead of the person I’d arranged to meet. The Tundra I came for was still available. I test drove it, sat down and negotiated an out-the-door price, and agreed to it. They had me fill out paperwork and hand over my Social Security number for a credit check. I was told I’d have 5 business days to secure my own financing if I wanted to shop rates elsewhere. Then I waited for hours. After all that, they suddenly pulled the deal — no real explanation, after I’d already agreed to a price, completed paperwork, and handed over my SSN. Then they tried to switch an sell me a new much higher price truck. Loyalty and referrals apparently mean nothing here. Being bounced from the person I set the appointment with, then strung along for hours after handing over sensitive personal information, was genuinely stressful — my blood pressure was up by the end of it. This is not how any customer should be treated, let alone one who’s supported Fletcher Jones Auto Group repeatedly and sent them business. Worst car buying experience. More

I took my car in for service, was being helped by Susana Perez. I asked for shuttle service she told me the guy was on his lunch and he would call me on the loudspeaker when he was ready. After about an hour I went to ask about the shuttle and why it was taking so long. She said they only had one driver the other one didn’t show up. She said she could call me an Uber, I asked her to check how much longer until my car was ready and she said an hour. I told her there was no point in going home I would have to come right back, and asked why I wasn’t provided an Uber at the start, not after I waited for an hour. She did not seem to grasp the concept that it would be a waste of time to take an Uber now especially since my car was almost ready. She did not care at all, and simply brushed my concerns off and gave me an attitude. She also kept making excuses, I asked her why she would book me when the driver is scheduled to be on lunch, she said they don’t schedule shuttles when they schedule appointments, then I asked her why did the person who called to set up the appointment ask if I was going to wait or take a shuttle? Just all around disorganized, she had no clue what she was doing and needs better training and customer service. Susanna Perez stay away from her or ask for another person to help you. To top it off they lost my key ring for my car keys. Terrible experience. More

There are several dealerships here, but there are reasons I decided to goto Carson. New building and complimentary drinks. Good inventory selection. Prunion ruined it for me. More

I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car. More

The Sale Manger, Tamer Ahmed, was not willing to work with customer after the contract was signed (trapped!) Was particularly inquired the vehicle would comes with 2 keys on delivery, however, only received one, missing one FOB. No ETA when will deliver. I felt everyone was super friendly and helpful until after I signed the contact, I was very disappointed and definitely will not come back again. More

Several other dealships wanted to add additional upgrades in order to sell me a car, and increase their profits over my needs. I was so frustrated and ready to give up on my search. When I met Juan Cabrera I so surprised, he was a man of his word. My car was in the date he told me it would arrive and at the price I had asked. This dealership and Juan made this the easiest transaction I could hope for. I would HIGHLY recommend the dealership and Juan. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience. If you are thinking about a Toyota, buy from this dealship. They are AMAZING!!!! More
