I found that the sales department is helpful and very patient, especially Adam in sales, (Highly recommend to request Adam) Unfortunately you need to be aware of any sales from the manufacturer Hyundai, Nobody at Ken Vance Hyundai told me about a 10% discount on all add-ons. Dispite buying thousands of dollars of add-ons, the service manager refused to honor the full 10%, saying I was a few days late. I lost out on over $120,00.. Reading through the stacks of legal documents, and trying to figure out the car, I saw a 10% discount, and it was during the 4th of July week and they were short staff. Despite all these variable the service manager refused to honor the total discount, claiming I was to late. I guess the problem is your spending
a lot of hard earn money on a new car, And when the dealerships would rather save a few bucks then to gain a satisfied customer it is upsetting. You get tired of car dealerships taking advantage of customers like this.
