I recently went in for an oil change and the next day my car lost all oil pressure which lead to being towed back to the dealership. They were able to look at my car very quick and identify the issue a car lost all oil pressure which lead to being towed back to the dealership. They were able to look at my car very quick and identify the issue as a faulty gasket on the installed filter - which they stated was a known issue. While I appreciate how quickly they turned my car around and didnt charge for the fix, it is beyond me how the filter gasket wasn’t check if it’s a known issue. This lead to a 2.5hr ordeal to get the car towed starting around 6pm on a Sunday night. Not to mention the serious potential of damaging the engine on a fairly new car. More
