Good, unnecessary add-ons offered to new vehicle with only 5700 miles. I sat there for an hour for a recall which I understand. Another two hours so they could figure out a key fob issue. They discovered they needed a part, again after I sat there for a total of three hours!! Another two hours so they could figure out a key fob issue. They discovered they needed a part, again after I sat there for a total of three hours!! They said they would contact me the following week after the part arrived. I hadn’t heard anything by 3:00 Thursday afternoon so I called. They said the part was in and they scheduled an appointment for the following Monday morning. That day, I sat there for another two hours before they came to tell me they needed more time! They took me home and picked me up at the end of the day. So I had no vehicle the entire day. I specifically asked them to please not wash the car as I had just detailed it myself. They washed it. There was a screw on the drivers side floor mat which is never a good sign! Also, there was a wiring harness hanging down near the steering column! I tucked it back up. Also, I really enjoyed cleaning all the scuff marks the tech left on the door kick panel. On top of that, I received another recall letter today. I pray it’s just an update that I can do as I have no desire to spend another second at this dealership until the next oil change. This is not a good beginning to the customer - dealer relationship. The vehicle is driven by my wife and has approximately 13,000 miles on it! At this point, we are almost looking forward to when it gets 99,000 so we can sell it just so neither of us have to deal with that dealership. We understand that it’s a new dealership, however, come on it’s been 10 months. Not like it’s new to Janesville. Sincerely, Gregg Tatge More
