After nearly pulling my hair out with several other dealerships, Elly and Boucher offered a top notch experience. They were honest, transparent, efficient, and easy to work with. They offered a great price on the exact model I was looking for and went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Instead of pressuring me for the sale and addition service plans, they were great at explaining my options to make sure I got what I needed, without anything extra and unnecessary, and was still happy with the price. I drove from out of town to sign papers and pick up the vehicle and they had everything ready just as we discussed for a fast delivery, while still making time for all of my questions and orienting me to the new vehicle. The cherry on top was finding a thank you gift of a new grill being loaded into the trunk. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will recommend them to my freinds.
