His partner Bobby was awesome as well. He assured everything was moved from my old vehicle and also was courteous throughout making sure he touched all basis and left no questions unanswered. Their honesty and courteous interactions each time I visited will definitely use them in the future. Their attention to my needs was definitely the definition of a true client experience!

I just bought a great truck from Vanguard Volkswagen. I happen to find it on auto trader after not having much luck finding what I was looking for in the Austin area. But as soon as I asked about the vehicle, I got a response from Reggie who works for Vanguard and he was so easy, not pushy at all, and asked me if I wanted to come up check it out first and do a test drive. So I did I ended up trading another vehicle that I had that I didn't think I could trade or was getting denied at other dealerships, but they were more than happy to trade me and it was just such a great experience and easy everybody that work there was super easy to work for and not pushy at all. I would definitely go back to work with Reggie at Vanguard.
