Surprised they wanted to charge us $500 more for the car than the Fr Worth dealer quoted us. They did meet Ft Worth price even tho we drove to Austin to get the car than the Fr Worth dealer quoted us. They did meet Ft Worth price even tho we drove to Austin to get the car More
Fast, honest, and listened to my preferences. Simply the best experience I have had at a dealership. Simply the best experience I have had at a dealership. More
Had a great buying experience with Juan and Lorenzo. I was an out of town buyer and they made my purchase quick and simple. Definitely recommend. I was an out of town buyer and they made my purchase quick and simple. Definitely recommend. More

They were nice, but I did feel a little taken advantage of. I was without a car for extended period of time and I really didn’t comprehend how strong my credit was in this situation so I let those combinat of. I was without a car for extended period of time and I really didn’t comprehend how strong my credit was in this situation so I let those combination factors and their intense high-pressure sales technique make me except terms and the price that I would not recommend someone else get if somebody had told me that they were offered what I ultimately agree to I would’ve told them as a friend to pass on the offer. I paid the premium price for my car, despite it having been an accident which they never brought up or mentioned at any point, I should’ve left the car over more in detail that I would’ve seeing the glaring physical damage to it that had been poorly repaired from a cosmetic standpoint, but I didn’t and a lot of the reason was because of them I attempted to leave the dealership after first seeing the car just to get time to think about it, and they applied pressure via a group effort of multiple people so that they made sure I left for the car without ever really evaluating it beyond knowing that I loved the make, the model, the year, and the low miles. If I had stared at the car longer in the sunlight or even a better lighting at all because by the time I bought it, it was dark. I would’ve noticed the things about it now that drive me crazy and overwhelmed me with regret when I get into it every day. It’s as much my fault as it is there that I’m unhappy with the way it worked out, but I did try to stay in my ground and suggest I get more time to think about it only for them to combat that with as many people as I could throw in the room as possible. Had appointment for included services and recall items for my lease and completion took an excessive amount of time anyway with no services for alternative cars/ ride home. Poor communication about pickup for my lease and completion took an excessive amount of time anyway with no services for alternative cars/ ride home. Poor communication about pickup. Was told I could do after hours and then there was nobody there to help us. Employee was grumpy about helping me get my car. More
While my sales guy was pretty awesome, I ended up putting $5K down on a car that I only drove for 2 days because the check engine light came on, the turbo malfunction and the electronic throttle light came o $5K down on a car that I only drove for 2 days because the check engine light came on, the turbo malfunction and the electronic throttle light came on. I don’t have a co-signer to get into another car and the repair cost is $6k at which I was told the dealership will pay half for. So, at this moment, I am out of a much needed vehicle and $5k. I guess we will see what happens. More
