Edward was our first point of contact, and he impressed the hubby and me with his excellent communication skills and attention to detail via email messages and on the phone. He even sent us a walk around video of the truck. When we arrived at the dealership with only 2 hours to closing, we were able to buy the truck at the price we needed for our monthly payment, and we especially appreciated the GM, Patrick stepping in near the end of negotiations, to make sure we received all the information in order to move forward with the sale.
