We had such a wonderful experience purchasing our car here! From beginning to end, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. We started the process with a Costco price and were so grateful that the dealership honored the discount, provided us with a clear out-the-door price, and made the entire process easy and transparent. We had also already been pre-approved through a different bank, and there was never any pressure or pushiness throughout the process. When we walked in and asked for Chris Cantu, they already knew he was expecting us and greeted us by name. That small gesture made us feel immediately welcomed and valued. We especially want to highlight and thank the entire team for their transparent pricing, clear and respectful communication, and genuinely no-pressure approach. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but they made it a positive and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I had a pretty good experience purchasing my car back in 11/25. The only issue I had was that I was told my brand new car did not come with mats, and I was offered to purchase them, which I declined. Months 11/25. The only issue I had was that I was told my brand new car did not come with mats, and I was offered to purchase them, which I declined. Months later, at my oil change at another vw dealership, I happened to find the sticker in my glove compartment that shows that mats were included with my car. The dealer told me that the mats should have came with the car. Very disappointed. More
