Sales person was easy to deal with. We had a good experience until we got to financing. The finance manager tried to trick us into signing without telling us he added an extended warranty to the note at a price of $4,500.00 . If I hadn’t caught it it would have cost us an extra $100.00 a month. Other then that it was a pleasant experience. I would say just watch out when you use there financing department.

Ethan was polite and patient while explaining the different features of the various models. I returned another day and he was happy to explain the next model I wanted to explore. Ethan was very knowledgeable with each car I test drove. After I made my choice he began the process of purchasing a new Kia Sportage. My daughter and I discussed a different model and he worked with his managers to grant my choices. I am now driving a Jungle Green Sportage and loving it !!!

Just took my 2022 Sierra 4x4 Texas Edition GMC Truck in to have the heated seat chip installed since it was not available when purchased about 6 months ago. Took 2hrs 15 minutes to get there...32 MPG on my 3.0 Diesel which rides like my wife's Navigator. Scheduled an appointment and it was done in an hour. Smooth as silk. Tyler was great in service...even sent me a text to track how it was going or available during service if I had a question. Tyler even told me there would be a free shuttle if I wanted to go eat lunch while waiting. What? First time ever been treated like that and I'm 73. Thankyou Tyler and thank you Classic for service above and beyond.
