The only disappointment they didn’t call us to see if we needed the fuel filter changed. They just replaced it did not tell us the 1/2 life on it. So we did not give them permission to change it. I had a great experience with the service department at Donalson Chevrolet Buick GMC. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The quality of the work was excellent, and what stood out to me most was that there was no pressure to purchase additional services or unnecessary upselling.
