The ladies in service are GREAT! Being able to make an appointment is a big plus. The service was great and my truck was back to me quickly. I just thought the price was very high. I was quoted a similar price but was told it would take 2 days. I was told my docs would be emailed to me. It’s been 43 days and I still don’t have them. I’ve called many, many times, and am transferred to a voicemail everytime. However, I DID receive paperwork from where I financed the vehicle and the amount they say I financed IS NOT what we agreed on. Maybe that’s why they won’t send me the paperwork!?!? More
