Made an appointment to have truck looked at on July 28. Took truck in and they did absolutley nothing to the truck, it set in a bay all day. What is the purpose of an appointment if they aren't even going Took truck in and they did absolutley nothing to the truck, it set in a bay all day. What is the purpose of an appointment if they aren't even going to work on the vehicle when you bring it in. I work out of my truck so income is affected when I don't have it. I find this unacceptable for the vehicle to set there all day when an appoinment for service has been made in advance expecting the truck to be worked on when it is dropped off.
