Advertised a new 2025 Sierra 2500 for $41,845 on AutoTrader and their website. When I called ready to purchase, I was later told the price required trade-in and dealer financing incentives that were AutoTrader and their website. After questioning the pricing, I was told the truck was suddenly sold moments later. Buyers should verify all pricing and rebate conditions before placing deposits. I brought my car in for an oil change a week prior to me getting a nail in my tire, but when I brought my car in to have the tire repaired, they said I needed four new tires and they were not able to repair getting a nail in my tire, but when I brought my car in to have the tire repaired, they said I needed four new tires and they were not able to repair the tire. If I needed all new tires, why didn’t they tell me when my car was getting an oil change? Also, I think it’s insane to spend $100,000 on a car and not be given a loaner when the car is going to be in the shop for longer than expected. Also, I’m very sure I paid for packages to protect my windshield, tires and paint damage but they seem to not be able to find any of that in my account. I feel like since this dealership got bought and became classical elite it’s so unorganized and mismanaged. Also, the paperwork that was sent home with me after I bought four new tires very clearly stated that they were able to patch the tire so I feel like I was lied to and spent $1300 unnecessarily. Honestly, I’m contemplating trading in my car just so I can buy a new one from a different dealership to receive better service. More

Jim Rodriguez made the process of buying my truck easy and painless. There wasn't any back and forth to a manager, or hidden numbers. He took the time to explain how a few things work that I had misunderstood for years. He never talked down to me, he talked to me like a friend. I'd recommend him to anyone that needs a vehicle. The finance manager Pedro Lopez was just as nice and helpful as Jim. We talked like friends and I made too many corny dad jokes. Pedro was kind enough to let me think they were funny. I was done in no time and I left well before either of them were scheduled to be off for the day. They didn't rush, they were just that good. I can't say enough about how good of an experience it was to buy a new truck, something that I'd normally dread. My exact words to both of them was, "Usually buying a new vehicle is more painful than having a leg amputated...something I know a little about ." They looked confused until I showed them my artificial leg. If I ever need to buy another new truck, I'm heading back to see them. More
