I had the awesome experience with Sale person Cavin Scott! This is my second purchase at Classic Toyota. Cavin ensured me that I will be getting the best deal and will not be walking out upside down in my purchase. Cavin delivered the commitment and the integrity through the whole process. I purchased a 2026 Toyota Cross and I love it! Two years ago I purchased a 2024 Honda Civic both experience met my expectations! Thank you Cavin Scott and Classic team!

Sales, service, and finance are excellent. - danor42

Sales, service, and finance are excellent. Rachel in service informed me of a saving promotion that was available, saving me quite a bit of money, and it was a no-brainer to purchase it. Sales are bending over backward to get me my new vehicle. I couldn't ask for more fantastic people.

Be careful! - pap_57

Be careful! The price of the vehicle I wanted to buy changed $5000 in one day! At first it was on an unknown duration loan to a client who's vehicle was in the shop and wasn't available. The next day it was available , but for $5000 more than previously publicly advertised " our discounts change daily"! The poor sales guy said I'm just following directions! I've seen some shady dealership practices but this was a new one and I told them so! They also try to add something called advantage plus on the invoice, but so far I have seen no advantage working with this dealership! I feel sorry for the young salesman who is taught these types of sales practices!

They always do professional work on my vehicle and are - Gary.thomas58

They always do professional work on my vehicle and are always very polite & friendly. This time, when my car was brought around front for me, it had just been washed! I am made to feel important to this dealership & they are important to me! This is why i chose Brown when i purchased this vehicle, not all dealerships care so much for the customers. I live 3 hours away in Oklahoma and prefer to shop here!

The service department under the leadership of Jerry - John Bushman

The service department under the leadership of Jerry Jackson treated me with respect and took care of all my concerns with my vehicles. I wasn't even a customer yet, because the service department interacted with me as their best customer, i knew that when I bought a car, Legacy Chevrolet of Waxahachie would be my dealership. As it happened, I needed 2 vehicles and bought them both on the same day. Thank You to everyone in the service department, y'all were the stars that brought me back to buy vehicles.
