The service dept is horrible! ! I bought a new GMC truck and I asked how the service dept was and I was told that they suck!! Well I am hear to tell you that my dealings with the s ! My opinion being a retired GM service and parts director this place needs to start with better management! Heritage GMC has great potential but needs a lot of work!! More
