I've used this dealership for service since I've gotten my vehicle. This time was one of the worst. What I took my vehicle in for could not be taken care of. When asked if I could get a loaner vehicle because my issue could not be fixed, I was told NO, I know they have them. I was also told that only "their" key fobs could be used for the vehicle so I had to but a new fob on top of that. They dug through my vehicle and left it a mess. More

My vehicle was serviced on 7/7/26. The sticker shows that the battery was in good condition. Today, 9 days later, I went out of town and ended up stranded with a dead battery. During this time, the locks malfunctioned and for a moment, I could not get out of my vehicle. In the Texas heat, the outcome of that situation could have ended badly. However, it could’ve been prevented had the dealership provided the highest level of service instead of the lowest level. I refuse to do business at this dealership in the future. I grew up in the automotive industry because of my dad, so I know how shady salesmen can be. Automotive sales interactions often are worsened for female customers. I had already visited another dealership a week prior to Paris Chevrolet and battled fraud, so I arrived with zero trust. Farley was just who I needed to go through with getting myself a new car. Farley was extremely respectful and transparent. He let me cross all my t's without trying to brush them under the table as irrelevant. When I arrived to get my car the following week, I was nervous that Farley was busy with other customers so I would have to work with Logan. He was awesome as well. Logan even got me a bow for my first new car since I was picking it up on my birthday! JT in financing was very thorough and answered all of my questions without a trace of fraud feelings.
