I've used this dealership for service since I've gotten my vehicle. This time was one of the worst. What I took my vehicle in for could not be taken care of. I was told I wouldn't be charged but I was. Whe my vehicle. This time was one of the worst. What I took my vehicle in for could not be taken care of. I was told I wouldn't be charged but I was. When asked if I could get a loaner vehicle because my issue could not be fixed, I was told NO, I know they have them. I was also told that only "their" key fobs could be used for the vehicle so I had to but a new fob on top of that. They dug through my vehicle and left it a mess. More
