He listened to my likes and dislikes about each car. I laid down the criteria of what I wanted and he went back to the drawing board, his computer to see if their inventory had my dream car. And. It did! He had it shipped to the dealer, i test drove it, and was thrilled. He was also very knowledgeable and easily answered all my questions.
