He was extremely professional, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process and I highly recommend him. Leo, the used car manager, was also very helpful and offered me a very competitive and fair trade-in offer on my used Tesla. Nancy in finance was very informative and made sure all of my needs were met. Overall, I am extremely pleased and happy with my experience at Rusnak BMW and plan to be a repeat customer. Manolito (Lito) Marquez was an amazing person to work with. Not only does he really know his stuff about the vehicle, but was also not a pushy or fake salesperson. Was very genuine during the entire process and actually worked hard towards getting me a discount twice. I know he did a sincere effort in that because I had already talked to another salesperson who couldn't get me those discounts. Great experience overall. When the Finance department made a mistake with my down payment, Lito resolved it for me even though the car was already sold by then and he didn't really need to get involved.
