BMW of Buena Park

I recently purchased a used 2025 BMW from BMW of Buena Park, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing both during and after the sale. Throughout the purchasing process, my salesperson, Alber Park, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing both during and after the sale. Throughout the purchasing process, my salesperson, Albert, was very inflexible and unwilling to work with me on several reasonable requests. While I ultimately moved forward with the purchase because I liked the vehicle, the overall customer experience left much to be desired. What was even more frustrating was what happened after the sale. Albert promised to arrange a BMW Genius appointment to walk us through the vehicle's features and technology. He also promised to provide a new set of floor mats for the vehicle. These were commitments made during the sales process and were important to me as a customer. Since taking delivery, I have sent multiple text messages, made several phone calls, and even left a voicemail to follow up. Unfortunately, I have been completely ignored. I have received no response, no update, and no acknowledgment of my attempts to contact him. I find this level of customer service both disrespectful and unacceptable. If there were delays or issues, a simple call or text explaining the situation would have been appreciated. Instead, I was left feeling that once the sale was completed, my business no longer mattered. I have purchased vehicles from other BMW dealerships before, and the difference in professionalism, communication, and customer care is significant. Those dealerships treated customers with respect before and after the sale. Sadly, that has not been my experience here. Buying a BMW should come with a premium ownership experience, not just a sales transaction. Based on my experience, BMW of Buena Park fell well short of that expectation. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both customer follow-up and accountability. More
