When I made the deel with the salesmen William Watts he promess to discount $2000 for loyal customer and $2000 for bmw rebate but Mr. Alex Marouf did not applied the $2000 onlty $1000 for loyalty customer promess to discount $2000 for loyal customer and $2000 for bmw rebate but Mr. Alex Marouf did not applied the $2000 onlty $1000 for loyalty customer and regarding the price of the Guaranteed auto protection he applied the highest price. Days later as my right to cancel the Guaranteed protection he did not want to help me. Overall, my feeling is that Mr. Maraof took advantage of me wich I define as "Elder Financial Abuse" More

Purchase of vehicle went well but everything after was horrible. Had to take it back for repairs with BMW, then in the shop over 3 weeks for additional repairs while going back and forth with the extended horrible. Had to take it back for repairs with BMW, then in the shop over 3 weeks for additional repairs while going back and forth with the extended warranty, Ford dealership, and BMW. Then back in the shop again with BMW because they did not fully complete the registration and the vehicle needed to be weighed. Finance agent was helpful but after having the vehicle ~8 weeks, it was in the shop over half that time. More
