Nothings changed with this place. Ever since the GM left this place has gone to xxx. Typical liars scammers and the most unprofessional sales/staff - dealership I have dealt with. They will lie straight to your face, like you’re an idiot! I have complained to DEAF EARS! Nobody cares once they get your $$… On my fourth BMW and would have been fifth, but I won’t spend one red cent with them now. Just bought my wife a Tesla! Thanx Elon, great product and experience! Maybe Rick will read this is CALL ME BACK!! Cause he sure don’t email or return messages!!! Guess next month I’ll be buying my new vehicle elsewhere…. More

Immediately after I bought the car was sent out on a trip that lasted weeks for my pilot job. Called their finance dept to see when first payment was due. Left a message, no response back. Called the store m that lasted weeks for my pilot job. Called their finance dept to see when first payment was due. Left a message, no response back. Called the store manager a few days later with the same question, left a message, no response back. I had to go to the bmw finance site and figured it out on my own. They couldn’t be bothered to attach the front license plate holder for WA. I was told I could make an appointment and drive 12 hours one way to get it done. More
