i thought Niello was different, but it was typical dealership experience as you would expect. cheesy, pushy and not great communicators. they also stated the vehicle i purchased was leased by their "C dealership experience as you would expect. cheesy, pushy and not great communicators. they also stated the vehicle i purchased was leased by their "CFO" for 9 months. however, when i got the vehicle, 10 different phones were connected to the bluetooth indicating it was obviously not driven by a single leasee, but was more like a loaner, which they lied about after i asked clearly if it was a loaner.
