It was a terrible experience. There was hardly any servicing to be done. When the car was handed over to me the hood was ajar on the left side. The manager Amit had the audacity to say that I banged the car somewhere and the hood clamps are broken,. NONSENSE The under part of the car was presumably removed and never put back. This was my first time at this dealership for service as I had just purchased a 2013 128i. Alex was very professional and courteous. He listened to my request for a thorough inspection to make sure the vehi I had just purchased a 2013 128i. Alex was very professional and courteous. He listened to my request for a thorough inspection to make sure the vehicle was up to date on it's required maintenance. Alex went over everything with me in detail with regards to what maintenance was performed and outlined the recommended services as well. Overall, the lounge was clean and offered coffee, water and snacks. The lounge could be a wee bit larger as there was limited room for customer seating. While waiting I used the parts service counter to get the part numbers for some of the accessories that came with the car. Kevin was very helpful and was able to look up all of my parts requested. He even gave me a print out with parts and current pricing. Kevin explained the process for ordering the parts to picking them up or shipping them to my home address. I was very happy with the results and will be back for future services. More
