My brake wear light was on in my daughter's car and I received a message that the brakes need replaced so I called and made an appointment noting that. When I arrived, my service advisor Jerry Garcia no received a message that the brakes need replaced so I called and made an appointment noting that. When I arrived, my service advisor Jerry Garcia noted that they would service the car and maybe the brakes. I let it go figuring that they were due and would get done. Later that day he called and said they needed to replace the brake pads but did not have the parts in stock so I had to wait an extra day. My issue is that if the specific appointment was for brake pad replacement that I received an email and app notification about, why would they schedule the appointment without having the needed parts? More
