I purchased a 2020 Mazda CX5 from this dealer in August - Mary

I purchased a 2020 Mazda CX5 from this dealer in August 2026. The salesman Caiden Smith was very polite and knowledgable. However they found an oil leak while inspecting the car. The mechanic tried to tighten it and broke the bolt off. He replaced it with a larger one and thought that fixed it. Got the car home and still had the oil leak. Took the car back , after taking it back and forth three times and it still had the oil leak. The fourth time I took it back Brian Cooper in the service department said enough. He ordered new parts for it.No more leaks! Brian was very patient and apologized for the inconvenience. Each time I took the car back Brian had a loner car for me to use. I can’t say enough about all the help Brian did to get this fixed for me..Thank you again Brian. The dealership also has a twelve month warranty on their work. i HIGHLY recommend Fox Mazda of Kalamazoo as a very reputable dealer.

I am new to Les Stanford and was given Michelle - janej58

I am new to Les Stanford and was given Michelle Sladovich's name to contact. Michelle is a very personable, professional and knows her job thoroughly. She was very focused on finding out what our needs and wants were. She helped to streamline the sale, and I was amazed when we left the dealership in a brand new leased vehicle! Thanks to Michelle, Management, and Floyd Dixon for this extraordinary experience!

It's always been on time and relaxed. - brandonleefeliciano

It's always been on time and relaxed. I enjoyed conversations with every person in service and even one guy from sales helped me get my house key while they keep my car overnight after I came too late and service closed.

I brought my last vehicle I had in for a Oil change, - Nevaehmardyla77

I brought my last vehicle I had in for a Oil change, ethan greeted me at my vehicle, asked what brought me by, i told him an oil change and general maintenance, he instructed me to go hangout in the waiting rooms while they bring it back for the service, after a short time he went over all the recommendations and multipoint inspection with me, delivered no bad news, communication was prompt clear and answered all my questions. Ethan is great and Ill definitely be bringing my car back for service!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at - apresson23

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Golling Toyota of Warren, especially about my salesman, Butross Fashho. I walked into the dealership extremely anxious and honestly unsure whether I would even be able to get a car. I have pretty bad anxiety, and I sometimes struggle with eye contact and expressing exactly what I want to say. Butross never once made me feel uncomfortable, awkward, or judged. He was incredibly friendly and patient while also giving my husband and me the space to actually look at and experience the vehicles without feeling pressured. We spent around four hours at the dealership and test drove four different vehicles, and every single time, Butross let my husband and me take the cars out by ourselves. That meant a lot to us because we could actually talk through what we liked and didn't like without feeling like someone was sitting there trying to sell us on something. One of the things I appreciated most was that Butross actually listened to our budget. He showed us ONLY vehicles that made sense for what we could afford. He never tried to upsell us, push us into something more expensive, or make us feel like we needed to stretch our budget. In fact, the 2019 Toyota RAV4 we ended up buying was the very first vehicle he showed us, because he listened to what we needed and recommended it based on the specs and our budget. And what a recommendation it was! We ended up with a RAV4 with only 59,000 miles for around $22,000, and we are genuinely thrilled with it. Once we decided on the RAV4 and started the paperwork, Butross continued to be amazing. He made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way and was patient with all of my questions and with us changing things around to add a co-signer. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Michael Merlo, Butross's manager, and Nate (I'm sorry I didn't catch his last name). They worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to help get me approved. This team genuinely did everything they could to make the deal work, and I could tell they were working together rather than just passing me from person to person. I walked into Golling anxious and unsure whether I'd even be able to leave with a vehicle, and I drove away feeling like I had actually been heard, respected, and taken care of. My brother, who photographs cars for multiple dealerships, recommended Golling to us because he knew they had a good selection of quality vehicles within our budget. I'm so glad he sent us here! Butross, THANK YOU. You made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience into one that I will genuinely remember positively. You listened to us, respected our budget, gave us room to make our own decision, answered every question we had, and helped us find a car that we absolutely love. I would 100% recommend Butross specifically to any of my friends or family looking for a vehicle. If you're going to Golling Toyota of Warren, ask for Butross. You will be in good hands. Thank you again to Butross, Michael, Nate, and the entire team for helping me get into my new to me RAV4!

Just purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Jasen - James and Carol S

Just purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Jasen Raby this salesperson was fantastic and also very honest and transparent when it came to helping me. I went to the dealership a few times just to test drive different trucks. He also helped my son who we purchased a truck together. He gave us great customer service, he was honest, had great integrity and answered any questions we had with the vehicle. He bent over backwards to make myself and son happy! The experience I had with Jasen Raby was amazing and I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle is go talk to him. This was a great experience I had with him. When I signed the paperwork I also wanted to give kudos to Tyrone who was just very good and made the process in signing the paperwork smooth and no pressure to purchase anything else. He also answered any questions we had. The experience from Tyrone I would also give him a 5/5 as well. The experience from start to finish was fantastic and everyone was so friendly. My experience purchasing my first vehicle with this Dealership was amazing and I would recommend Allen Chevrolet Cadillac to anyone.

Caitlyn in the service department made my experience the - Jarred Height-Kaplan

Caitlyn in the service department made my experience the best hands down. I go to this dealership once in awhile and it’s always meh. She completely changed all that. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen & received, her knowledge was very informative, and she set very realistic expectations to where nothing was a surprise. If she was also selling cars, I probably would’ve bought a new one from her. Thank you Caitlyn! Never do I go on multiple websites to write a review. But her work ethic deserves to be recognized.

Having trouble with my ability to call a person from my - sandydebicki

Having trouble with my ability to call a person from my car phone, as well as the volume being inaudible, I pulled into Suburban Cadillac's maintenance department and was greeted by Jack Bergman. After explaining my frustration, he sat in the passenger's seat and worked out one of the problems fairly easily. What I saw then, was Jack reaching out to another service advisor to help solve the second issue. What impressed me the most was the teamwork between the two men, and how they listened to one another to get the final problem solved. I appreciated that with this dealership, teamwork brings results, and for me that is top-notch in my book!

Gabrielle was great! - michael.letvin

Gabrielle was great!! Their stock is very nice and reasonably priced. The closing guy came back with a higher price than what Gabby had brought back from her manager. We had already agreed to that price and paid a deposit according to that price so I was a little out off by that but otherwise it was a great experience.

Buying a new vehicle can be (and often is) a stressful - bubak

Buying a new vehicle can be (and often is) a stressful and unpleasant experience. This was just the opposite. From the initial negotiation phase through the delivery and even the meeting with the finance guy, everything was top-notch. My salesman Zac, and Nate, the Sales Manager, made negotiations and delivery smooth and easy. Austin, "the finance guy," explained the packages he had to offer, but he wasn't pushy at all. Zac took the time to set up my Kia Connect app, and even though I was very familiar with the EV9 (having owned one before), he made sure that everything was in order, and he answered any questions that I had. Throughout the process, communication was outstanding. I live in Northwest Indiana, close to many Kia dealers in the Chicago metro area. Taking the time to shop at Fox Kia North in Grand Rapids turned out to be a very good decision.

James and the sales team at Fox Subaru were awesome! - Val

James and the sales team at Fox Subaru were awesome! From the first inquiry to the final purchase, I could not have been more impressed. They even sent a porter to pick me up when I couldn’t juggle that. I will always buy my cars from James.

The grounds and facilities are pretty clean aside from - Dab Mac

The grounds and facilities are pretty clean aside from the bathroom… I had already done three weeks of research on my next vehicle, and I on my last test drive tour. GMC and Chevy were my final 2. I was looking to purchase a vehicle when I arrived, I walked around the showroom, then outside to view your lot, then the showroom again and I almost left because no one greeted me inside, and no one came outside to see if I needed any help. I was walking back to my car to go visit another lot then Del Hogan intercepted me and asked if needed anything. He was already busy helping another person and there were 2 available salespersons sitting in the showroom who said nothing. So when he stopped me I immediately said he would get my business. I was between the Yukon/Tahoe or Silverado/Sierra. Thanks to people like Del, you got the sale, he was busy, but not busy enough to greet and assist, I came back to purchase because of Del, the customer experience is the most important part about purchasing your vehicle. I left 2 other dealerships who ignored me inside and outside of there facilities even though they both had vehicles I WANTED to purchase. You should give Del a raise and a bonus for his customer service and support, he was great, straight forward and humble. Big thanks to Michelle Cafeo as well, she was great sharing and explaining the options available during the financial and add-on services portion of the buying process. I appreciate you two!!!
