I purchased a 2020 Mazda CX5 from this dealer in August 2026. The salesman Caiden Smith was very polite and knowledgable. However they found an oil leak while inspecting the car. The mechanic tried to tighten it and broke the bolt off. He replaced it with a larger one and thought that fixed it. Got the car home and still had the oil leak. Took the car back , after taking it back and forth three times and it still had the oil leak. The fourth time I took it back Brian Cooper in the service department said enough. He ordered new parts for it.No more leaks! Brian was very patient and apologized for the inconvenience.Each time I took the car back Brian had a loner car for me to use. I can’t say enough about all the help Brian did to get this fixed for me..Thank you again Brian. The dealership also has a twelve month warranty on their work. i HIGHLY recommend Fox Mazda of Kalamazoo as a very reputable dealer. More
