Hi! My name is C.J. Jacobs, and I have been in the automotive business for 15 years, starting out as a porter and working my way up to Sales Manager. Customers enjoy working with me because I always listen to their needs and provide them with honest service. Outside of the dealership, my free time is spent with my two sons and other family and friends. I lived in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Oak Park, MI. I am a graduate of Oak Park High and Ferris State. Enjoy playing softball whenever I have the time. My favorite sports teams are the Detroit Lions and the Tigers. Like to talk about cars and sports with my customers. Providing exceptional service to my guests is what I do best. I love to make them feel great about their purchase!

PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU ARE BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE TAKE THE TIME TO HAVE IT INSPECTED BY A MECHANIC. THEY LIE TEN TOES DOWN ON THE SAFETY INSPECTION CHECK OFF. I BOUT A CHEVY IMPALA FROM THEM WITH A B TAKE THE TIME TO HAVE IT INSPECTED BY A MECHANIC. THEY LIE TEN TOES DOWN ON THE SAFETY INSPECTION CHECK OFF. I BOUT A CHEVY IMPALA FROM THEM WITH A BRAVO WARRANTY IT HAD AN OIL LEAK AND THE WATER PUMP WAS BAD AND THE SIDE Detection SYSTEM WAS BAD. I TOOK IT BACK TWO WEEKS LATER BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE A SPOT FOR SERVICE OR A LOANER AND WOULD HAVE TO KEEP IT FOR TWO WEEKS. I TOOK IT BACK AGAIN, STILL NO LOANER BU I WAS 100 MILE OVER THE WARRANTY. THE SALESMAN WAS RUDE, THE SERVICE REP LIED AND THE MANAGER RENEGED ON HIS WORD TO ASSIST WITH THE COST OF REPAIR. THIS IS NO LEGAL.. THEY MARKED EVERYTHING SAFE ON THE SAFETY REPORT THAT HAD AN ISSUE. THE CAR COULD HAVE CAUGHT ON FIRE. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE STATE AND SHUT DOWN!🤬 IF YOU BUY A CAR UNDER BRAVO WARRANTY TAKE IT TO BE CHECKED OUT AND TAKE OT TO YOUR MACANIC TO HAVE IT FIXED. BRAVO PAYS THEM!! More
