Hello, it was my first time at the dealership. It was nice but I feel a little bit disappointed such the technician was touch on the door and interior of car with their dirty gloves and cause my c It was nice but I feel a little bit disappointed such the technician was touch on the door and interior of car with their dirty gloves and cause my car dirty with oil stains. I was also expecting they would wash my car as a free complimentary service included with the oil change but the fact that they didn't do so. Moreover, they should use the vehicle service scanner to check the car software for any updates as well as reset the service interval reminder, but they also didn't do so. More
