Horrible experience. DD, the sales person was very nice and very thorough. Once we agreed on a price, that is when things started to go wrong. Delivery was to be done within the next 2 weeks. Delivery was supposed to be scheduled for a Florida delivery before March 30, 2026. Around March 28th, I inquired about the delivery. Was told that they weren’t going to be able to deliver the vehicle by March 30th. Advised DD that the vehicle can be delivered to Cleveland on April 15th or 16th. This was a two week notice just like the first delivery. Called again on the 14th to make sure delivery was scheduled. It was not. Was told they can’t get it delivered on the 15th or 16th. I asked again why this couldn’t be delivered. Was told they couldn’t get it scheduled. I asked the to drive it the 2 1/2 hours and delivery it. Was told, by a sales manager, that cost too much. Delivery was finally make around the 23rd of April. Now, they claim the title to the vehicle has been lost. I have called 3 times in 3 weeks and was told they would get back to me. Haven’t heard anything. This is supposed to be a high end dealer but has been a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER! More
