I can't say enough great things about Gregg and the rest of the team at Bozard. This is my second purchase from him, and we'll go nowhere else. We had other, non-Ford vehicles on the list, but ultimately settled on the Explorer because of Gregg and Bozard - they're seriously THAT good! People complain about the negotiating and other xx tactics at dealerships, and my answer is simply this: get to Bozard, see Gregg, and don't ever deal with that again. WE WERE IN THE DEALERSHIP FOR **EIGHT MINUTES** before we were out in our new car learning all of the details. THIS is how everyone should be doing it, yet nobody else does. A few years ago, we bought something else because we thought it was what we wanted, and did so at a dealership where I know the owner personally, yet this experience was SO much better!

Also very disappointed they would not cover the leaking and corroded side marker lights when its under 3 years old with an extended warranty.

From the time I arrived until I drove off the lot, the entire process took about three hours, including financing. I was able to get my car the very same morning, which was amazing.
