I have used Crown Honda service for 5 years and this year I have had problems with the sticker that they put on the inside of your windshield after you get your car serviced. I go by those stickers to make sure my care wear, and tear is in good shape, so when they are green, I assume they are good. This last month, I spent 850.00 on a battery, breaks, and rotors. All of these were checked green on my sticker, so I thought all was good. I emailed Matthew Gordon and have heard nothing from them. I find this horrible business, and unacceptable. More
