Wow, what a smooth car-buying experience with Naples Acura. They had the exact car I was looking for, with every feature I wanted. Since I live quite far from the dealership, the entire purchase was Acura. They had the exact car I was looking for, with every feature I wanted. Since I live quite far from the dealership, the entire purchase was handled from afar, mostly by text with a few phone calls. I was amazed when Tristan sent me a personalized video that literally had my name written on a piece of paper as he said, "Hi Stéphane," and walked me through a virtual tour of the car. He then did it again live over FaceTime so I could see everything for myself. Tristan was amazing to work with: super kind, super professional, super knowledgeable, and just an all-around great guy. They were trustworthy and transparent every step of the way. They disclosed every ding, scratch, and rock chip up front, then went ahead and fixed all the rock chips with an impressive paint repair. Zach, the sales manager, was amazing, and Paul in finance was amazing as well. The finance department was easy to work with and very professional, and truly everybody I dealt with was top-notch. We met halfway for delivery, and it could not have gone more smoothly. This was one of the easiest, smoothest car-buying experiences I've ever had. I strongly recommend Naples Acura. Super impressed!
