While my Lexus was in for warranty service, he even took the time to show us your service center which we were totally impressed with how well organized and clean it was. It’s no wonder Lexus Of Wesley Chapel is rated so high. Jose was our service rep, and he too, was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to our service repair. I only wish that Lexus would build another Dealership north of Tampa so we don’t have to drive so far for service. More

Mr. Randy Newbold (General Manager) of Lexus of Wesley Chapel was not aware of the situation until I requested an audience with him (Mr.Randy Newbold), where we discussed the above specified. To my surprise after he (Mr. Randy Newbold, General Manager) read the negative review that I posted on Facebook, Mr. Randy Newbold (General Manager) in a cool and collective manner he requested his General Sales Manager (Rex Hastings) to join our conversation and inquire further about my situation. After a lengthy conversation with Mr Randy Newbold, and his General Sales Manager (Rex Hastings) I realized that there had been a misunderstanding ON MY BEHALF ("NOT ON LEXUS OF WESLEY CHAPEL'S BEHALF") of what had transpired in the transections of the week's prior. I would like to apologize to Lexus of Wesley Chapel for my misunderstanding, and of course for posting such a detrimental negative review on Facebook and the other platforms which I am currently correcting by posting this story. I am proud to tell the audience that are taking their time to read this, that I was able to drive out of Lexus of Wesley Chapel with a 2020 Lexus ES 350 in perfectly good condition, which I must admit after the ruckus that I had created in the negative review of Lexus of Wesley Chapel, to be honest I did not deserve to currently possess due to the fact that by my understanding I could have devastated the fantastic image that belongs to Lexus of Wesley Chapel, I truly apologize and would like for the audience to forgive me for my blunder. I feel that after posting such a negative review of Lexus of Wesley Chapel that I did not deserve the cordial handling that I received from the staff at Lexus of Wesley Chapel, but by the grace of God, and in spite of myself, the staff of Wesley Chapel helped me obtained the automobile that I now have, which my family and I were in dire need of in order for us to conduct our daily routines with piece of mind, THANK YOU LEXUS OF WESLEY CHAPEL FOR THE TRUE EXAMPLE OF GRACE THAT YOU HAVE BESTOWED UPON ME. Last and foremost I would like to thank Mr. MARTE DEZIRAE(Lexus Client Care) for doing such a phenomenal job by getting me approve from one of their financial banks in order for me to receive the 2020 Lexus ES 350 that I desired. Mr. Marte Dezirae(Lexus Client Care) definitely went through a long period of tedious attempts to have me financially approved, but at the end Mr. Marte Dezirae finally achieved his goal and I was able to drive out of Lexus of Wesley Chapel with a 2020 Lexus ES 350. Note: If you ever feel that there is no other option for you to drive out of Lexus of Wesley Chapel with a new or used car, Mr.Marte Dezirae (Lexus Client Care) along with the General Manager (Mr. Randy Newbold),and I pray that I do not get in any trouble with Mr. Randy Newbold for putting him on the spot. Had my wife’s 2026 Lexus TX for 14 days for a gas cap issue and to install new puddle lights. They said it was a 2 day repair. Could never get in touch with the service consultant. Terrible communicatio issue and to install new puddle lights. They said it was a 2 day repair. Could never get in touch with the service consultant. Terrible communication. Had to go pick it up ourselves and return the loaner because the valet wasn’t available for a week. Something they sold us on when we originally bought it from them. Got her car home and the puddle lights are not aligned and shine on the door. Thought they would do better. Guess not! More

I had the privilege of working with several of their employees on the purchase of my new Lexu experience at Lexus of Wesley Chapel was worth sharing. I had the privilege of working with several of their employees on the purchase of my new Lexus TX. Isaac right off the bat was an absolute angel to work with. We came into the dealership around 5pm when he was getting ready to go home. Not only did he stay late to help us, but truly worked so hard to help us get the best deal. He is absolutely the most caring and compassionate sales person I have ever come across. He cares about building a relationship with the customer so that they will return. It explains why he has so many repeat customers. The sales manager Rex is also amazing to work with. He worked late into the evening to help us get the best deal right around where we wanted to be. And lastly, I also have to rave about the finance manager Travis. He answered every question we had and made sure we were completely covered on all bases. I have never had such a positive car buying experience. I was hesitant to switch from Mercedes of Tampa to Lexus of Wesley Chapel, but am absolutely glad I did. I will be a customer of Isaac’s and Lexus of Wesley Chapel for life! An overall great experience not to mention all of the amenities you have access to after becoming a customer! More
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I’ve received regarding my Lexus TX. The vehicle was brought in over New Year’s for a squeaky seat — an issue your team initially claimed they “could I’ve received regarding my Lexus TX. The vehicle was brought in over New Year’s for a squeaky seat — an issue your team initially claimed they “couldn’t hear.” I had to personally drive to the dealership, demonstrate the noise, and only then was it acknowledged. It still took another 2–3 days for the team to determine that the parts simply needed lubrication. During that visit, we were repeatedly told that both the recall and the safety campaign had been completed. That information turned out to be incorrect. The service experience with Bobby was unacceptable. We requested multiple call‑backs and consistently received either no response or a text message instead of the phone call we specifically asked for. Now, three months later, with a service appointment already scheduled for 4/6, I received a call from Davion stating that the parts for the safety campaign had just arrived. When I asked what he was referring to, he explained it was the gas‑tank safety campaign — the same campaign we were told was completed in January. This is extremely frustrating and reflects a clear lack of communication and accuracy. We were then told the repair would take 4–5 hours and that no loaners were available. Waiting until late April for a loaner is not an option, and we live 40–45 minutes away, so multiple trips are unreasonable. After my husband spoke with Christian, we were informed that the part still needed to be painted and that we would have to return yet again. At this point, we are not receiving straight answers, and the inconsistency between what we are told and what is actually happening is unacceptable. More
