We were greeted by a super personable salesperson, Virginia Poole, that took her time is listening to my wants and needs and show us our options. I must admit that making this large purchase and working with a woman was a whole different experience than when I purchase my last car. Virginia had the ability to hear, realized that i needed a vehicle not just comfortable for me, and my family, but also easy for my elderly mother to get in and out. The whole experience was pleasant, funt and no pressure. While the services with my previous Dealer were great, Lexus of Melbourne brought this experience to the next level. Virginia not only shared her knowledge of the products sold, she also shared the dealership culture and community involvement and that was also a selling factor to me. Check around, try other Lexus dealers, ie: Ft Pierce, Winter Park, Orlando, get quotes, Again be careful and read, read, read before signing anything here. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE HERE. More
