He took the time to answer all my questions and provided additional information that was extremely helpful to my purchase. Erie was organized, efficient, patient, and genuinely customer-focused. Erie went the extra mile several times to keep things moving along without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It’s not often you come across someone who makes car buying this easy. Also, the finance person, Andrew, was exceptional as well. There was never any high pressure sales tactics pushed on me; they were both respectful and easy to work with.
