So they handed me off to Charlie. Charlie was phenomenal. He was laid back answered any question he could. Made sure I was in love with my purchase. And since buying the vehicle has stayed in contact with me to make sure things have been OK. If I ever go back to that lot Charlie would be who I would do business with. The others acted like my used purchase was beneath them. More
