I also liked the fact that while I was working with Gillian, she had Jay, the finance guy, busy preparing all the paperwork, so when it was time to do the sale it was quick and easy. When I called about a specific car and stated that it could take us a while to get there with traffic, Gillian Barnes insisted we stop in and offered to stay late to show us the vehicle. She took her time to share details about the car and answer our questions. We ended up buying the car that night and she ensured it was washed, although many had already left for the night.
