My wife and I came to this Kia Dealership to take a look at some new car models. Before we could even get out of our vehicle, their salesman Rudy waved us down and happily showed us around to view different vehicle models. Rudy made our car shopping experience fun and was very friendly and not pushy at all. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle we would highly recommend Rudy as he was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient helping us find the perfect vehicle for us.

We were promptly greeted, given time to look around, and when we were ready to test drive/discuss Josh was connected. We were also greeted by the GM. The process was simple and fairly straightforward. Our questions were answered and we moved through negotiations and financing swiftly. When our purchase was complete and we drove away we had to turnaround right away due to a loose clip in the roof rack. While effort was given, it couldn’t be corrected at that time and the Service Dept was closed (Saturday afternoon). We were told to come back soon and have it corrected. Overall, all staff were friendly and approachable and we were content with our purchase.

I recently had service at Bev Smith KIA for my 2024 KIA Sorento due to my warning sensors giving random signals, cluster lights not working, my initial appointment was for Friday,October 16th, my Service Manager was Kenneth Disbrow. When I arrived he did something I didn't expect, he let me know that if I did leave my car he could not guarantee it would be ready by the end of the day so I would not be without transportation. We reset the appointment to Tuesday, Once I dropped my car off Kenneth kept me aware of the status of my repair. Parts had to be ordered, expected delivery Thursday. The parts arrived after business on Thursday and my car was ready Friday. I continue to be amazed by the professionalism of Bev Smith's Service Department and the candidness they display. Kenneth was very transparent about my car's progress through service. I used to cringe when my car needed service before I came to Bev Smith I don't anymore. Out of 1 to 10 they get a 15.

You hope buying a new car will be simple and exciting. Ours came with an unexpected challenge, but what we’ll remember about Greenway Kia East is the people who helped us through it. We chose this dealership despite staying nearly two hours away because of its straightforward pricing and the availability of the exact Telluride we wanted. From our first conversations, Bryan Acebal was attentive and easy to work with. That openness mattered to us and gave us confidence in making the trip. After we drove home, we discovered a vibration at highway speeds that hadn’t been apparent during our test drive. What followed took more time, travel, and patience than we had anticipated. Through it all, though, we felt our concerns were heard and taken seriously. Our Service Advisor, Oscar Escobedo, treated us with kindness and was honest about the repair timeline. Members of the service team took the time to ride with my husband and experience the issue firsthand. When a repair couldn’t be completed before our scheduled departure from Florida, General Manager Michael Severino helped arrange an identical replacement. Ameur Benaoudia handled the new paperwork, and Service Foreman Kenny Ortiz made sure the replacement had been tested at highway speed before we made the drive back. We’re especially grateful that, even when the answers weren’t immediate, the people helping us remained respectful and willing to work toward a resolution. That kind of care matters when an experience hasn’t gone as planned. We truly love our replacement Telluride. While we wish the journey had been simpler, we appreciate the people at Greenway Kia East who helped bring it to a happy ending.

Dominique was such a pleasure to work with. Never in my life did I think dealerships could run this smoothly. We reached out to 4 dealerships in the area, and this one had the best deal. To top it all off, we were in and out of the dealership with a new car in just over an hour. Dominique had everything ready for us when we got there, so everything ran so smoothly. AND she did it while pretty much working out of the parking lot because the building is under construction. It was obvious she took pride in her work and cared about her customers.
