Why am I not hearing anything to make me a happy customer. I purchased this Sorento on 6/13 and was supposed to get a 2nd key mailed to me on 6/14 I feel like I was lied to and you would think that a multi-millionaire company would be able to get me that 2nd key.I never liked car dealerships that lie to you and tell you anything just to make a sale and then she says I'm not making anything on this sale what a joke.very disappointed with this dealership greenway Kia West.
