Meanwhile, Yanni had agreed via email to value my car at $29k if all was good with it once they looked at it in person. Yanni never came out to meet with me. I would understand if the place was full, but it was completely empty. The first sales person thought I wanted to buy my Kia from the dealer, & offered me to buy it at $31.5k. When I corrected him that I wanted them to buy me out instead, I was offered $25k with no explanation why after sitting around for over an hour. The car is in perfect condition except for a very thin scratch on the back door which I was willing to negotiate off the $29k Yanni offered via email. Since Yanni never showed up, I mailed him/her about my disappointment, and that I wanted to potentially lease a new Telluride there. All of the sudden crickets, when until I got there Yanni was very responsive and quick to respond to my emails. Very unethical, and shady. More
