team made it one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When I changed my mind at the last minute, they never made me feel like a burden or pressured me into settling. Instead, Simo and Karem his sales manager went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.
They even drove 180 miles to get my car, and when we hit a registration issue, Maher the finance manager joined in and stayed until almost 10 p.m. so I could go home in it that night. Every challenge was met with a proactive solution, kindness, and genuine care.
It’s rare to find people who treat you like more than just a sale. Thank you for your honesty, patience, and dedication. You didn’t just earn my business—you completely changed my opinion of car dealerships.
