Very dissatisfied. Every department let me down. Sold me a lemon and did nothing to solve the problem. Going again today to get my 4th alignment. No joy in buying this Every department let me down. Laura was absolutely fantastic and wonderful to work with. Howie was also wonderful in finance. Marshall however was unprofessional and manipulative and attempted to add on a full extra year of payments with. Howie was also wonderful in finance. Marshall however was unprofessional and manipulative and attempted to add on a full extra year of payments without verbally telling me that, and tried to turn it around on me 'that's why I had you come around the desk to look at the screen' when I am wearing glasses and standing behind him pointing at a payment I've already agreed to. Then I go to sign with Howie and notice the extra year. Thankfully I'm not a 70 year old grandma and signed blindly. Very disgusted with Marshall. More
