Very dissatisfied. Every department let me down. Sold me a lemon and did nothing to solve the problem. Going again today to get my 4th alignment. No joy in buying this Every department let me down. I was shopping in several different dealers, with the intention of not buying now and buying a Mazda 3. Ervin showed me my Kia K5 and I fell in love. I continued to shop, saw 3 more cars and came back to buy my Kia. I was afraid I would lose it if I waited. Had to buy it right away. Ervin was a big part of my decision. The dealership had good inventory a lot to choose from. The salesman was nice, but the calculation online was different from the price that was given me.
