I sat at the dealership for over 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation that I can do myself at home without a lift in maximum 45 minutes. So happy that I only got 2 complimentary oil changes beca change and tire rotation that I can do myself at home without a lift in maximum 45 minutes. So happy that I only got 2 complimentary oil changes because I will not be back to this dealership for any service work. When my jeep was finally done the technician couldn’t figure out how to reset the oil life gauge so I did it. Also both times I’ve been here for my complimentary service the car smells like motor oil inside. More
