I was there for a maintenance oil check and tire rotation. I had the first appointment in the morning and I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours four hours later. I felt like people came in after me and were in the waiting room and left before me and I didn't have a major repair or anything that had to be done, so it did not make sense to me.
